Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days from the order date. Please note that shipping prices at checkout do not include any local customs duties or taxes. Customers are responsible for paying any such charges upon delivery. Failure to pay these fees may result in package abandonment, and we will not be able to provide replacements or reshipments in such cases.

Lost Packages

At Elaree Studios, all customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure shipping address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we work with the shipping carrier to locate packages once tracking confirms delivery. We rely on the tracking information provided to customers in their fulfillment email. If the tracking status shows the package has been delivered, Elaree Studios will consider the delivery complete, and any further issues will be due to external factors beyond our control.

Refund Policy

You may return any item purchased from Elaree Studios within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for all return handling and shipping costs, including any customs duties.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, or with strong odors such as cigarette smoke), altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

How to Return a Product

1. Contact us at info@elareestudios.com with your order number and with the email address used for the purchase and the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
2. Please note: products sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Parcels without clear identification (name, address, and tracking number) may be refused.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a secure, traceable courier service that insures your parcel, as the product remains your responsibility until received and signed for by Elaree Studios. We cannot be held liable for lost packages in transit.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Upon approval, return the item in its original, unworn condition with tags attached. After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval and ship the replacement. For a quicker exchange, place a new order for the desired item and we will issue a refund for the original order once the return is processed. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
