RETURN POLICY

We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services team at info@elareestudio.com, including your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide the appropriate return instructions and confirm the return address.


As ELAREE STUDIO works with specialised international fulfilment partners, return addresses may vary depending on the product and its shipping origin. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to obtain a different item, you will need to return the original purchase and place a new order.


If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elareestudio.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


ELAREE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
